    I use a Bradley electric smoker for everything. No one can tell the difference or has ever complained.

            Cutting across the grain makes for a better easier chew. Have you ever had a beef fajita cut with the grain versus across it? Even with something as tender as backstrap or beef loin we cut across the grain versus with it.

                I prefer brisket on a stick smoker as the ring and char are a little deeper. With that said it’s not a big enough difference for me to punish myself fighting a firebox for 15-20 hours
