I am titled as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. I started up a group of three employees including myself about four years ago. It is our focus to improve the manufacture of our product across the entire company. This includes reprogramming cnc's for a new type/style of tooling, changing the way we machine something. Changing from billet raw material to hammer forged, inspection processes, product flow, dimensional changes/rev up on parts for ease of assembly or ease of manufacture, etc. I also do prototyping for new product, and tool and die work. This position has been the most rewarding of them all over the years. I've been quality manager. engineering manager, customer service manager, cnc operator, sales, gunsmith, etc. In this position I make the most significant impact on our quality and volume than I have ever experienced. This year alone my group has already increased output volume and cost reductions by a significant amount.

The older STI pistols are amazing and their resale value when you can find one for sale will confirm it.

                          Wow! Congratulations!

I've worked 27 years at my place and all I ever got was a piece of paper and a cheap desk ornament. They did give me a cheap watch at my 15 year anniversary. Crystal paper weight at my 20. Marble bookends at my 25th.

Congratulations. I hit 30 in a couple days and don’t see any type present for it but I’m ok with that. I know bunch of guys at that those pistols and love them. Maybe one day I’ll get one.
