I had a buddy working the oilfield in the reservation, he said he would always get stopped by the police for speeding etc. The officer issued the ticket and took the payment there, it was usually $20 or so he said. All they really wanted was the money.

20 years later I got a notification from Texas that my DL was suspended till I appeared before the council , had to hire a attorney licensed by the nation
My offense was operating a motor vehicle at unsafe speed with a trailer, I was driving the posted speed limit, but the reservation has a different SL if you have a trailer

The loser will be given a vicious Indian burn, then be summarily scalped.
Bring some beads and elk teeth to trade, and make sure you eat anything they offer you, as well as smoking the old peace pipe when it comes around.
If you don't know what to say just say "shumani tatonka, owacheyalow. "

The plan is to buy Irish Springs soap to cover that.

I have had the pleasure to work with 7 different Indian Nations and all went very smoothly, but growing up in the middle of one gave me the advantage going in and knowing what was to be expected.
Make sure you have a binding contract on both sides and jurisdictions and make sure ahead of time exactly what is to be expected and make sure and document everything.
How I conducted myself on the very first contract is what landed the next 6.
