Any Gas Station Owner/Operators on the Green Screen?

I have 0 experience in the gas station/convenience store industry. Would just like to pick someone's brain for about 30 minutes regarding start ups in this industry. Willing to pay a consulting fee if needed. I've identified a location where I believe there is a real need. I think I've got enough cash on the sidelines to put a deal together. While I would consider myself a successful business person, this just isn't my area of expertise. I'd like to talk it out with someone that has experience in this field before I waste a bunch of time and money on an endeavor I'm don't know enough about yet.
