    Best dog supplements

My blue lacy is about to turn 6.. she gets fed a healthy kibble, gets plenty of exercise and sunshine, and more cuddles from the kids than even she can handle sometimes.

Yall give your dogs any supplements?

Most good quality kibble has everything a dog needs. I add 1200mg of Omega 3 fish oil to mine to help with their brain development and coat, as well as Dogzym probiotics. My dog is a working dog and gets worked heavily year round. Our pet dogs don't get anything added as they get what they need from the kibble.

We own a clinic and usually recommend Dasuaquin for a joint supplement. Fish oil is good as well, just make sure and get a "good" one. Not the cheap stuff. Flexadin is another great joint supplement we use. Larger breed dogs IMO need the joint supplements as they have higher chances of having problems later in life with hips and knees. We also recommend a high quality diet of Science Diet or Purina One. They have specific foods for joint health as well as skin and allergy diets to help out.
