I lived up there for most of the 2000’s. There is a bit of variety from island to island depending on what you want to do. Are you looking for more of a small town type environment with shops and restaurants or something more off the beaten path? Is fishing the primary reason for going or something you are just working in since you are there? You thinking about trolling for Salmon, river fishing or both? Lots of options.
