    Many churches have setups like that. It helps keep the kids on the tracks.

      Pool tables, foosball, and studying don’t really go together. I see two different scenarios. One place is a sports bar like atmosphere without the alcohol. The other is a coffee shop/ library type atmosphere. If you have no money to get this off the ground then it’s dead on arrival.
      Either way it will probably be a room full of teens just staring at their phones.

            I knew of a place that was kind of what you described. Accept it had appetizer type food, air hockey, pool tables, and arcade games. It did not work at all. The guy moved everything out put more tables in and went full restaurant after a year or so.

            You have to invent a social media platform if you want to entertain kids now days.
