          I guess we are pretty fortunate out west as we don’t have any issues with fire ants and the marshmallows. Don’t have many at all. I can understand wanting to avoid those suckers. We do have the big red ants but they must not do marshmallows. The mid-day sun is about all that messes with the MMS except coons.

            little debby swiss rolls. they fit perfectly in the traps, and they're also delicious. I'm a fat guy that likes snacks, so it works out great.

                      I put the same corn/protein mix from my feeder in the dukes when I go to put feed out. Works great every time.

                          Thanks all. Good field trail information here. I have used the marshmellows before with success, but wind up having to boil the traps to get the goooooo out of them.

                          I will post some pics of the next coon trapping.
