Tinnitus

Anyone here ever have ringing in just one ear? I’ve been experiencing it for the past month or so. I a retired firefighter so I figured that may have something to do with it.

I have tinnitus really bad from the military but mine is in both ears. It sucks just don't let it get the best of you mentally if it doesn't go away.

Yep sometimes 2 different tones..... Really sucks.

Both ears 24/7....I figured it was the years of shotguns...(clays, ducks and doves) without ear protection....and loud music as a clueless high schooler/early college student.....

I have just learned to block it out mentally and not let it bother me. It's not going away.

Right ear. Got tested/checked several years ago. No hearing loss. Just the ringing…all day, everyday.

Both ears, but I have gotten used to it.

You can get a hearing aid that will make it go away. That what I have.

I have it in my left ear from shooting with no hearing protection... Some days I notice it more than others.

Both ears, all day, every day. I've somewhat gotten used to it except when it is dead still and quiet. That's when it is most noticeable.
