    Dude!! Do Tell...a torn tendon??

    Those new fancy CB are nuts...got a buddy on the lease that only hunts with them & can't believe what kinda crazy $$$$ they cost.

      Blanco County is a great place to be. Lived here about 5 years now. Ag teacher at the high school. Great looking animals you have there. Maybe I'll run into some of this group in town someday this fall!

        Yup. Radiologist said 40% tear. Trying to avoid surgery but I don't have my hopes up.

        I drive right by the high school to get to the lease. We can hear the Friday night football games from the blind.

          We have been hunting southwest of the high school since 1996.

          Unfortunately the Axis don’t make it on our side of the river. I can see them through my spotting scope across the river from my blind though.

            We are north of the river.

            Had one ease by the cam today.

                          All set up in The Garcia for my first ever crossbow hunt. Feeling good about it.

                          Michael is in the Elbow treestand about 150 yards to my west. It gets it's name from the fact I injured my elbow while we were hanging it.
