    Redneck A/C Cletus style.

Ok going to give this a shot. Here's what I'm starting with, old ice chest from behind the shed, computer fan(12 volt), some extra insulation, a ceiling vent and odd and end materials. Starting the build now and it's going to be semi live.

Got the styrofoam cut and ready to glue in place. I cut a partition to force the air down over the frozen gallon jug.

The ceiling vent I bought is too big for this cooler so I'll have to take it back and explore different options for a vent. I'll probably end up going with PVC or A/C duct.

I'll have to finish this later. I'm letting my glue and epoxy dry.

This will be for my truck sleep blind. Gobbler stole my tripod so I'm thinking I'll hunt my sleeper all season. It'll give me better scent control

I've got to get a different vent that will fit this ice chest. If home depot is open tomorrow I'll finish it up tomorrow evening. If not it will be teusday evening. Stay tuned for the finished product though.

Did a little test run last night. I'm using two 6 volt batteries tied together to make 12 volts. On 6 volt set up it moves a little bit of air but on 12 it moves a lot of air. This kind of gives me a high and low. With a frozen gallon jug it blows some pretty cold air. I'll try to finish this evening and post up pics.
