As a landowner I am not offended. Good luck in your search for a new lease

Same thing happened to us in Val Verde county two weeks before the season started last year, absolutely brutal.

        And 2 years before that.

Actually, if you want to sell your ranch, let me lease it.
Lol! "Need to sell your ranch quick? Lease it to me"![emoji23]

I both own property and lease hunting property. The property I own is my yard in Dallas but would hate to lose the right to hunt cats and squirrels...

Yup both are true....don't pay any attention to the sticklers OP...some folks wake up looking for ways to get offended.

Talked with the LO yesterday about some property I hunt for free close to home. He brought up thinking about selling. Broke my heart lol.

This is my thought as well. Have you talked to the new land owners? Maybe they will lease it to you.

I'm leaseless too. But have chosen to be so. Because I've got over 300,000 acres of public land here in Texas to access. It's a different type of hunting.

The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kilt. Gotta go!

                          Again, semantics.

I say my lease all the time. Everybody does ....

                            “I’m going to my lease”

“My lease property just got rain, did y’all?”

                            “I just lost my lease.”

“You want to come hunt at my lease?”

                            Good grief..
