Call it what you like. I don't think stupid needs fancy names.

Edit: I'd say socialism would be slightly different, where you increase the government provided benefits (as opposed to the population) so much that it becomes unsustainable (see Venezuela).

Example, even if our country didn't have government provided benefits like healthcare, public education, housing, etc., people would still come for the social "benefits", like jobs opportunities, and the standard of living. Those also would be reduced by an influx of people, still causing a collapse.

Word on the street is that cartels are really behind this. Lots of product getting moved right now. Don’t know how accurate that is but I keep hearing it.

I'm sure they are taking advantage of the situation, but the real money/organization is much much bigger than the cartels.

Or how the feckless RINOs sit on their squeamish hands and do absolutely nothing about it... again.

In the mothers and kids backpacks?

Seriously though with all of the eyes on them, why risk it? The issue isnt getting it up Central America, its getting it over the border to the US. I would see it more as messing up the cartels trade routes, I mean they have been moving it for decades without the help of a caravan.

I dont doubt that the cartels had a say in some part of it though

Not sure the money gets much bigger than some of the cartels.

The Open Society Foundation would disagree.

"I, _____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I have never rescinded this oath.

A soldier's mission is to defeat the enemy by means of fire and maneuver in order to destroy or capture him, or to repel his assault with fire, close combat, and counterattack.

There are millions more like me. Old and disgruntled crusty old vets that don't appreciate what is being done to our country. I am no longer agile and fleet of foot but I can still see very well and my trigger finger is good, I'm not recoil sensitive and I can still hit a man sized silhouette with open sights at 500 meters.

No I mean as misdirection. Hoping to pull resources from other parts of the border to deal with this. Then exploit that lack of resources. Again, who knows if it’s true but I have guys doing work for me from Sonora and their folks back home are saying that’s what’s up.

I think you mean a distraction.

Hmm! It's not the ones you see, it's the ones you don't see. That could be scary.

To the law abiding citizen, crime does not pay. This is not the case with criminals. Although engaging in illegal activities is a risky affair,...
