It got rejected on signature, asking for clarity on the issue because the forms are signed

that is likely the problem. you have to be the one entering your pin number on the eform site. if you didn't do it, you didn't digitally sign the form which would cause deny.

The disapproval reason stated this - Incomplete form. Responsible person questionnaire form 5320.23 submitted for (name) certification signature incomplete.

I am at 140 on one can and 63 on another. But I got the first one I sent back in 99 days. Not sure what the hold up is but seems lots of the ones sent in February are hung up for some reason.

Got the call this AM. Day 149. I aked the dealer and he said it was like the ATF received so many in late Jan and early Feb that they just skipped over those. He also said the ATF backtracked and said they meant 90 business days, not 90 days total...

sounds right from my experience. Hopefully I'll be getting the stamp for the can from Jan/feb. Other one is just waiting in the store for me to pick up
