        It was a good gym day. Chest and biceps supersets with a little abs thrown in for good measure.

        Incline chest press on smith every setting to flat/preacher curl/incline situp
        Incline chest press on smith every setting to flat/barbell curl/incline situp
        Pec deck fly/hammer curl
        Revolving curl bar/wide grip chest press/hanging leg raise

              Back and legs done for the day. This should make for an interesting day of walking.

              Bent over BB row/super squat/ab roller
              Leg extension/bilateral low row/weighted crunch
              V-bar bodyweight pullup/weighted sled press/hanging leg raise
              Overhead lat pull/wide grip body weight pullup

                      It sure was tempting to stay in bed this morning, but I made it in. Chest and tricep supersets and some abs. Heavy weight today.

                      Incline DB press every setting to flat bench/weighted dips/incline sit up
                      Incline DB press every setting to flat bench/tricep pushdown/incline situp
                      Bench press/tricep kickback/ab roller
                      Seated wide grip chest press/overhead rope extension

                      Back and legs tomorrow.

                        I stepped on a rock that rolled yesterday so my fake hip was killing me this morning. I did some legs anyway to try and work it out. Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday and I can sleep in.

                        T-bar row/leg extension
                        Low row/prone leg curl
                        overhead lat pull/hip extentions
                        Body weight pullups/bilateral leg press

                              12 miles on bike b4 rain hit. [emoji605][emoji106] Military presses with light weight at 35 reps done. [emoji2483] May jump rope after I eat something or jump in pool and tread water until I drown!!![emoji854] Need to fast walk 5+ miles or so this evening.
