The saddest thing about those photos, which are wonderful by the way, is that you just won't see that kind of Americana in places like Houston.

One of the things that really got me going was the pastor that spoke, looked over at the side of all the LEOs and said, “I don’t care what y’all see on the news or TV. America loves you and your communities support you! Don’t you ever forget that!”

The gentleman towards the beginning of the video in a suit standing next to the officer in the stands is actually myself. But yes, that was a beautiful video and a great representation of the amount of backing he had show up yesterday. For the 10 or so miles we drove from the HighSchool stadium to the grave sight there were people lined of all ages. Beautiful.
