Water glassed eggs are way better than dehydrated eggs imo. More of a texture thing but to me dehydrated are grainy like sand.

I’m doing that as well, but half gallon Mason jars are hard to come by these days.

I’m doing that as well, but half gallon Mason jars are hard to come by these days.

We use plastic food grade 5 gallon buckets with good success. Can easily keep 30 dozen in one and only take up half the bucket
