    Horns may come off being that it’s been out there. Just take a dead blow hammer and one guy start pulling the horn and the other guy smacking the horn at the base (cut the hide around horn first). It should slip out. Problem is, that membrane inside the horn may have dried and if it did, you’re pretty much screwed.

    I’ve skull capped and rotted horns off before, usually I wrap them in a trash bag and put them on top of a shed for a week.
