Skidders and logging trucks had the road going to our camp so jacked up we had to get pulled in and out with a tractor but i guess that's hunting in East Texas. I used to enjoy that stuff but now it's just a PITA.

No joke. I drive a 3/4 ton 2-wheel drive diesel and have been stuck more times than I care to count. Fortunately part of our lease road is maintained by the county, so that helps some, but it's far too infrequent.
On a positive note my area of our lease got select-cut last month, so for the first time in many years I've got some open areas to work with. It's got me so excited for deer season I can hardly stand it.
