The high bays are around $300 each

I have planned for 6 inside and 3 under each lean to.

I bought 2 extra so I may opt for using 3 lights per bay door and just put 2 above the loft.

That would give me 14 high bay’s total

How big is shop? I put 8 2x2 high bay in mine 3000 sq ft and it looks like daylight when they are on. I have them switched to turn 2 in center on and 3 down each side separate. They will surprise you with how bright they are.

How big is shop? I put 8 2x2 high bay in mine 3000 sq ft and it looks like daylight when they are on. I have them switched to turn 2 in center on and 3 down each side separate. They will surprise you with how bright they are.

I believe these are 2’x2’ as well

20x40 is apt/loft

40x40 is true shop

Going to run lights like this

Barndominium Build - Deep East Texas

I went out to the place today to clean up a little after the subs since HVAC, plumber, and electrician all have been working this past week.

Hvac and plumber are both done for rough in.

Electrician should be finished middle of the week and hopefully I’ll have a water meter set by then as well.

Once meter is set and I run 550’ of 1 1/2” pipe we will then pressure up the lines to make sure everything is good and that there are no leaks so foam can be sprayed.

So first of next week I should have spray foam back out to spray the rest of the shop with closed cell and the living quarters with open.

Hope everything goes as planned.

I’ve talked the wife into selling our house in town and moving out here [emoji1360]









We had HVAC run a duct to the under stairs area that way we can heat/cool it as well for another closet. Trying to make the most of our space.

Plumber roughed in for a 3 compartment stainless sink under the lean to for hot/cold water.
