Even if it fits, since it will be under the seat (which can't be lifted) I need one of 3 opening mechanisms. Either a "tray" that slides out, a flip down down door, or a left/right hinged swinging front door. If that makes sense...

Wouldn't laying it on its side make it a left/right hinged swinging front door?
