All in with furniture, a few more pieces of workout equipment, and appliances it looks be in the $65k range +/- $1k.

It’ll take a while to recoup and save some money to actually fill it with trophy animals lol

Getting closer!!!

Electricians and HVAC will be here next week to finish up their part. Then we should have all the can lighting and plugs done.

Still have:

cabinets

Electric fireplace/mantel with Veneer Stone

Stove

Kitchen sink

Bar

Granite counter tops

Bathroom tub/shower tile

Mounting TVs

Then furniture.

Still a lot of work to do.
