I'm gonna do you one better! My buddy Todd Box with Thermocline lures is gonna talk Friday eve at the cookout and tell us what's working on Fork at the time and bring along baits for sale so you can get the right stuff then. If you wanna see him before hand you can order online or get it from his shop on 515. He's also got G Rods for sale. If you haven't picked one of those up don't unless you wanna buy one! I'm too hard on stuff to use those rods but when I told him Buff was coming, he said he would throw some in the truck! That said its gonna be after the shad spawn so small baits are gonna work better. Anything chart/white or shad colored will work good. His mini tadpole or little fry in black emerald shiner. Monkey business. Copper mine. And Go Too will work. Constant pursuit outfitters thump chubbies in white hot and shadowboy will get you bit as well.

I have a 5'-4" a 7', 8', 9, and 10.5' already but I would most likely buy another 10.5 if he brings one.
He doesn't show any on his web site.
I have about 8 cheaper 10' rods I have bought hoping to find something that is as good or close to the G-rod that I could let my grandson fish with. It is hard to turn a 11 year old loose with a $200.00 rod but I have not found anything that is even close .

The 10.5 would make a good livescope rod! I ordered 2 14' Pro Anglers yesterday for Livescope rods. $34 a piece is too good to pass up!!

Finally got a pic of our crappie masters weight in! Took 3 years but finally had a stringer we weren't embarrassed to take pics of in front of the trailer! That same stringer is totally possible next month there. 14.56 on 7 crappie. Yee Yee!!!

I don't think we've gotten that far yet but cookout will probably be around 6or so. That way we can eat and BS and still see one another!!
