Does your boss or company give Christmas bonuses?

If I owned a Company, I probably wouldn't do it. I'd rather base bonuses/incentives off of work milestones, accomplishments, goals, etc.

I gave myself a rather handsome Christmas bonus. But the check bounced when I tried to cash it.

Ours is approved or disapproved on a yearly basis. I can't remember when we haven't gotten it. $5 a month for up to 20 years longevity pay. It sucked at first but it is pretty nice now

I've always been my own boss, so no. Wife is a nurse at a doctors office and usually gets a weeks pay check as a bonus.

We dont get a Christmas bonus but a yearly bonus based on saftey, on time delivery, and profit. It is paid in December so it's like a Christmas bonus. We got $750 this year. Im very grateful for it and im blessed to work for a good company and for a great manager.

I have gotten them and not gotten them. Current employer doesn’t give them at Christmas but has a bonus program that’s paid in the Spring.
