I just wanted to say thank you to you guys for showing me the sore finger unit at Granger PHL. It's by far the best area for Hogs if you put in the leg work. My freezer also thanks you!

I'm looking to score my first piggy this weekend!
I'll be back deer scouting. Found an active wallow Monday after work.

If you got drawn for deer, you are spoiled. [emoji39]

                  Camping

Heading out to granger this weekend, just wondering if we're allowed to set up a tent anywhere on the public land or is it only in the designated "primitive campgrounds" thanks!

Planning on camping the night on Saturday

I am spoiled. If it wasn't for the public drawings, it would be less expensive for me to fly back to Tennessee for deer season. I need to find a working bow lease that doesn't cost as much as having a second child!

My son drew Granger too, as well as, Abilene SP, Chap, and we both drew doe tags for SHNF.

Going to be a fun season! Time to purchase a freezer.

I applied late last year for what was left open in late September. I did not get drawn for any but my son drew a SHNF doe permit.

This year we applied the 1st day it opened up. My son is 10 and we put in for every hunt together.
