Fallow for sure. That's how their horns grow until they are mature enough to start palmating. Plus the tail, Adam's apple, face shape, etc. point to fallow

Fallow. Mine start to palmate at 3 years old.

This is one of the smaller ones, I just found one on camera that has a very small amount of palmation so maybe next year. This is a low fence place so very unexpected. There are atleast 15 of them, and only seen 3 of them as doe.
