      Glen, what water are you building the lift in to need Corp of engineers approval. In our canals we only need HOA approval.

          Yes, but there are many techniques and tricks to getting the boat satisfactorily into the slip with a small deck.

              Not really, but I know there are experts who specialize in the erection of small decks and can also install a lift if needed.

                Randy that is why is has to be engineered plans. The decking may be small but has to be able to handle the weight to lift a large vessel
