How do you access the land?

I have an easement on the west side I can also come in on the east side. Father in law owns the property to the north.

Started brush clearing

Rented a SVL 95s with a brush cutter. This machine eats a lot of brush.

I need one with a mulcher if anybody knows where I can get one close to Woodville TX. let me know please.

So I found a guy, he will be coming out monday the 17th to clear the underbrush and saplings on 10 acres to start. I will get some more pics soon. I told him 5" and below to be mulched, and a 15' wide track on the north side to access the west side.

Found a guy to do the mulching, this is starting to look really good now.

Place is looking good and the critters should like the regrowth after the mulching.

Wife is going to set up a few game cams this week. Father in law said bob cat spotted coming out of our place onto his.

We hunt 10 miles East of Woodville off 190. Watch out for those Timber Rattlers.

We walked the property line saturday before and saw a small copperhead thats it so far.
