    that puts him at 156 in my book. As this is a south Texas buck, I would expect his body weight to be between 180-220 lbs, so his antlers shouldn't shrink when you walk up on him....

      I guess he is in the north east part of Kinney county then? what do you think his body weight will be? I was going off of 6-1/2" to 7" ears thinking it was a brush buck. if he is a hill country buck with 5-1/2 to 6" ears, then I likely over scored him a little.

            Yep me too on assuming south tx. Hes still north of 150 though.

                    He is at our farm in south McLennan county, i just measured a deer that i killed out there a few years ago, his ears are 6-1/2”
