My son wants to shoot this for his 1st bow kill. I’m thinking he’s not wide enough. This is the best picture I have at the moment, I have other pictures of him but his ears in the other ones are laid back also or he’s at the wrong angle.

Even if it’s not legal an expert in court would side with you and say that it’s an older deer that is tall and narrow and you would be fine.
