    Jalapeno Gravy Recipe

Does any one have a recipe for this? I heard it advertised at a local restaurant but missed where this was. I was intrigued and thought I would look here to see if anybody had a recipe they would share.

    thanks.

Not sure about 'gravy' but a cream sauce yes.
    Deseed and chop 2 jalepenos.
    Chop 3 green onions
Saute in butter 3-4 tablespoons (or meat drippings)
add about 1 rounded tablespoon flour
    mix well
add half&half or cream until desired consistency.
I season w/ Tony's. Start small and keep tasting.
Works too by adding 3-4 ounces of shrimp, crab, or crawfish to butter to cook.

Look up a gravy recipe if you dont have one and add fresh jalapenos. depending on how spicy deseed and saute for less spicy.

I always do a sausage grease gravy. leftover grease milk flour to thickness and salt and pepper.
