A lot of you guys with young kids should listen to the one with Ken Guthrie. You have to fight through the interviewer wanting to be the interviewed, but Ken has good stuff to say.

My oldest has played against him every year from 8u-now in 12u, he loves to talk about how great of a coach he is when recruit is all he does.

It's a circus every time they play.

He and his dad, Lale Esquival Sr. both coach older teams in all the big events. They've gone from Bombers to Raiders to Bombers and are now operating as the Canes.

Ahh .feel like i read a story on him (or his dad?) About recruiting/flying kids in..etc and him being pretty unapologetic to prople that have signed their kids up with him only to be bumped on game day by some kid from cali..
