Many of us took an oath when we were sworn in to the military. I personally know of no one who has rescinded that oath. It's coming. The radical socialist lefties don't have a clue what they are about to unleash on themselves.

Well I was reading some articles and it appears that the statue of limitations is 5 years for a federal employee and knowing that bit of information certainly diminishes what little hope I had.

Ok so maybe they don't do time. We still need to continue investigating and to show the voters what the democrats (and some republicans)attempted to do. This will affect future elections in a BIG way.

I agree 100% and maybe the statue of limitations information that I read isn't accurate. Does anyone know if that is accurate or not? If so please chime in.

I think those who know they are on the radar are going to eat their own very soon...you can see it happening already. I'm going to be optimistic & enjoy seeing them get a taste of what was dished out. This is a good thing no matter how you cut it & think their is chance of jail time coming for some.

Anyone involved in the dossier regardless of fashion should be nervous...loving it.

I'm very optimistic that the bad guys will get what they deserve. Mainly because its Trump and he and his guys are in control.

Also some big things were revealed this week:

Durham has been working on this for at least 7 months per congressional testimony from James Baker's attorney and from several other sources. He has a huge head start on this and will also use the existing evidence from the pending OIG report.

The bad actors are starting to realize that they are in serious jeopardy and starting to turn on each other. Brennan and Comey are starting to point fingers at each other.

Since the crimes occurred in 2016 there is plenty of time to get these prosecuted. Plus the real deadline is before Nov 2020.

This says the statute of limitations for most federal crimes is 5 years, but it is longer for some more serious crimes. There is no statute of limitations for a few really serious crimes, including any federal crime punishable by death (like treason).

Yep, and a pretty good case could be made for all of these jokers committing treason... I mean after all, they were trying to overthrow the gubment... All the way back to Eric Holder and Lois Lerner... Tie Obummer to it and you've got the whole sack of snakes!!

so does it run out if there is an investigation going on or someone has been charged with a crime but not been to court yet?

sometimes these thing can take years; just look at the Muller fiasco.

I'm not a lawyer, but a statute of limitations usually sets the time limit to file a criminal charge or file a civil claim. The investigation and trial doesn't have to conclude by then. It just has to be started before the statute of limitations time runs out.

part of the - I will believe it when I see it team. I have hopes that the democrats get their butts kicked for this and that many of the FBI folks get prison time for this. It's basically planting evidence to spy on a political rival. Just not cool.
