BTW, there is a Snyder Wheels car show this Saturday at the park in Snyder, TX. There will be lots of very nice cars there.

I have a 56 Chevy pickup sitting in the pasture right now. My dad gave it to me when I was 13 years old and I got it running and driving. I drove it off an on in high school then parked it when I bought a new GMC in 1997. Seeing this truck makes me want to drag the ole girl out and get to work on it again. I still have stacks of old Truckin' magazines my mom saved from back then. Beautiful ride sir!

                            Beautiful truck. Enjoy it.
When I first moved to the Alvin area in 2000, there was a junk yard south of Alvin in Liverpool on Hwy 35 owned by a guy named Danny. He collected fire trucks and Apaches. Most of the Apaches were left outside to rot alongside the fire trucks. Because this guy wasn't all there, long story short, his property was taken over by the EPA. The company that was hired to clean up the environmental mess Danny made was not allowed to sell anything, everthing was crushed for scrap metal! Then, I found out Danny did hide 6 cherry Apaches in his metal building on the property that were also crushed. Ol Danny didn't hire an attorney and he wouldn't sell anything beforehand. Some people here might remember that junkyard.
