Ingredients
1.5 lbs of ground meat (in this case bear)
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 small can of green chiles
1/2 package of taco seasonings
1/2 package of ranch dressing mix (powder)
4 cups of water
Shredded cheese (of your preference)
Tortilla Chips
Directions
Drain and Rinse (I rinse twice) corn and beans, then add to a crockpot. Add seasonings, water, can of tomatoes and can of green chiles. Add ground meat (if your meat has a lot of fat in it you should pre-cook it and drain grease). Stir contents. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (if you need to cook longer, you might add more water). Spoon into bowls and top with cheese. Add tortilla chips (if you want a little extra spice you can try Chile and Lime tortilla chips) and serve.
