It doesn't matter that he was an empty suit....he had a million signs out. It doesn't matter that he was a bag of **** with no real agenda. He outworked Cruz. If you can't see that, then you weren't paying attention. He may have outworked him using deception, but he **** sure did.
I expect to see Beto back in politics. I bet he makes run for the Whitehouse. I see a Obama 2.0 in him. Bunch of hope and change speech with **** for substance.

On the bright side at least we are getting an Academy!

The same can be said for Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. The other thing that seems to not be getting much attention is that a larger and larger portion of the population is accepting of socialism. This ain't the old democrat party. The leadership are died in the wool socialist who are no longer hiding that fact. I fear for Texas and our country.

So last night scrolling through social media I saw a comment from someone stating the following:
“Ted Cruz did NOTHING. I saw no ads, no campaigning, no city hall, NOTHING. At this point, Republicans are voting for the party and not the person. Just ignorant and close-minded. Beto CARES about Texas with every fiber of his being. And you let him, and the future of Texas, down.”
Then the following from the same person:
“I have no idea what Cruz stands for but I can you it isn’t Texas’ true values and our future because he couldn’t even attend a city hall”.
But according to them, we are the ignorant and close-minded ones.
Classic. Glad we don’t have to deal with him but let’s hope he doesn’t decide to run for president like people are asking him to now. . If it was this close in Texas, I don’t even wanna know how close it could be in the entire US.
