How to unstick a neutral bar screw?

I'd really like to re terminate this neutral, but it is stuck. At least I assume it is lefty loosey.

I tried a dewalt hammer drill/driver and it twisted the ears off a bit.

Cut wire and place it where you want.

A good hollow ground screwdriver might get it

Hit it with some Kroll oil.

This and an impact screwdriver... short of that, you'll have to drill it out. Looks like you have an aluminum wire in an aluminum bar and it's been wet/damp... not good... likely got a little corrosion going on there and it's frozen up good...

x2 This stuff is amazing. You'll scream when you pay for it. But it has saved my butt more than once. And a impact screwdriver as mentioned by saltwater slick.

If using an impact driver, try to tighten it slightly before trying to loosen it.

You also want to get the ground wires off your neutral bar and on to the ground bar.
Get a good screwdriver, set it in there and give it a few good wacks on the top of the shaft into the crew, penetrating oil cannot hurt, now be careful...other wires might be loose. If you do not do this for a living, shut down the power and check all connections, before giving a few good wacks. It can even blow up on a experienced guy, but he will have went through the process needed before, to make sure he can do that.

Why do you want to mess with it? Is it arching or getting hot?

I was thinking it got hot for some reason and welded itself

                            But it may be corrosion

Good luck is best I got
