    CPS questions..

Quick version: My son got married, they were stationed in Ft Riley Ks. for a few months all is good. He was deployed over seas for 9'monthss. Now keep in mind she was making very difficult to see the baby if ,non on holidays. going off the letter she left there, she had no intention of anyone on our side of the family to see the baby. I got a good attorney and this went smooth. out of blue she pops another complaints, so answer all the typical questions. Then I began to ask my own. I am going to find a lawyer to go into this meeting with us.
Any words of wisdom to share?

In Texas grand parents do have rites. In this case the judge allowed us to take his visitation since he was deployed

I used to be a CPS investigator but without knowing ANY details, I have no idea what to tell you. Any advice anyone could give besides take an attorney if you want, would depend entirely on what the allegations are...
