My dad just turned 70 in January and he’s still a machine. He’s been athletic his entire life, playing softball, working out, bicycling, and he even competed in the senior Olympics years back in which he medaled in every event. He used to race in 100 mile 75 mile and 50 mile races when he was a bit younger. Well he raced a 20 mile race this Saturday and came in first over all for the 20 mile race. People couldn’t believe his age and that he was ahead of the pack on a mountain bike. He plans to do a 50 mile race in the next few months.
