Incredible venison marinade

There’s the bacon wrapped. That’s how I got my wife hooked on venison. I’m excited to try the marinade, had just been using store bought allegro until now

Never saw this previously.

Very similar to my marinade I use for grilling boneless/skinless chicken thighs. I add some minced garlic and if we're doing "teriyaki chicken" type thing, we'll add hoisin/oyster sauce.
