Excellent in Denton County. 7 man limit. Could've easily had a 10 man limit.

Between Anson & Roby: few birds were seen, even fewer were shot.

Just N of Abilene: lots of birds in sunflower fields; better hunting in the afternoon than the morning.

Took both my boys out for opening day. They got 11 between the two of them. I didn’t think that was too bad since they do not bird hunt that often. I got my limit.

Yesterday it was just my youngest and me. We both got our limits, and I forgot to take pics.

7 of us hunted deep south Texas Brownsville Saturday and Sunday. Limited both days on White Wings. Mourning doves were 10 for every white wing.

I went 2 for 5 on Monday morning hunt and 2 for 3 on Tuesday morning. Hunting public land south of San Antonio. I scouted the area 2wks ago and it was covered in birds. Little guys must be on vacation.
