Be careful got hosed on a lease in this area years ago. Was supposed to be 5000 acres and it was at most 3000. It was shot out. Not saying it’s the same place but the same area.

It is Pandale, Texas. I grew up in that area.

This guy (Jack Babb) is legit. I know him personnaly. You can can contact him and make arrangements to see the place before you commit. If I was going to lease a place I would want to visit it first to see what I was getting into.
