I know. It's gonna suck! I just keep telling myself that somehow, some day, it will be worth it. Not sure how it will be worth it but that's what I keep telling myself. I'm even thinking about making the to floor only about 5 foot tall just so I don't t have to lay stone that high.

It will be worth it every time you watch a sunrise or sunset from the second story. It's amazing how far you can see in west Texas from a eight foot elevation.

We need one of these outposts on a hill at the back of our place. You can see 20 miles, it would be fun to go over and look back at it from there. Impressive!!!
