    Shooting Bench Build

Today we built a new L-shaped shooting bench for our range at the family farm. The short section is notched for traditional bench shooting and the long part is for laying out guns or shooting prone at longer ranges. Treated material was used for everything and it cost just under $150, not including screws and concrete blocks as we had those already.

Nice looking table, now you have to lengthen that range a little more.

You can’t see it in the photo but there is a lane that is obscured by the grass that goes to the right of the oak at the back. The back of that lane is right at 400yds.

Next time I’m there I’m going to break out the skid steer and get that section put in

Think of an 8’x8’ with a 4’x4’ square removed from one corner.

                    The legs are 32”

That's so awesome!! I love the platform for prone shooting and just having space to layout firearms, ammo, equipment, etc. Well done for sure!
