2021 Workout accountability thread...

    Chest and abs today. Now I wish I could go home for the rest of the day. 4X8-10

    Incline bench on smith machine 2 positions
    Bench press/incline situp
    Seated wide grip bilateral chest press/ weighted crunch
    Pec deck/hanging leg raise
    Finished it off with DB bench press strip set and the ab roller

    Leg day tomorrow.

      Never skip leg day. So I didn't skip it, but wished I had! Pretty sure I'm going to have trouble getting out of my office chair today. All leg supersets with abs.

      Sled leg press/leg extension/incline situp
      Back squat/prone leg curl/ab roller
      Front squat/standing weighted calf raise/ab crunch
      Deadlift/DB split squat/cable rotation

      I'll be in the box tomorrow with the crossfit group. I'm hoping I don't hurl!

        I went into the box this morning with my wife and the other cross fitters. As if my back, hamstrings and quads weren't tight enough from yesterday's leg day we did more leg stuff again today. 6 minute AMRAPS.

        Max rounds:
        12 deadlift
        9 hang power cleans
        6 push jerks

        6 minutes rest

        AMRAP 6
        5 pull ups
        10 pushup
        15 air squat

        6 minutes rest

        Assault bike-max calorie burn

        I'll probably work with them every Wednesday and do my one body part per day the other days.

        Tomorrow is back day.

            All back and abs today. 4X8-10 supersets concentrating on holding the contraction and slowing down the eccentric movement.


            T-bar row/wide grip lat pull down/incline situp
            Inverse grip low row/v-bar pull down/cable rotation
            Bent over hex bar row/bodyweight pull up/weighted crunch

                  Today was supposed to be arm day, but turned into chest and arms. 4 movements, 4 sets and 8-10 reps each set. Now I've got the shakes, it was THAT good.

                  Incline bench press on smith machine/preacher curl/cable pushdown/incline situp
                  DB bench press/BB curl/over head rope extension/incline situp
                  Pec deck fly/hammer curl bar/cable kickback
                  Decline bench press/bodyweight dips/overhead cable curls

                        I worked all weekend so yesterday was my only day off. I slept late, then took a nap and worked on stuff around the house that I haven't been able to get done. No gym for me until today.

                        5X5 on chest with abs thrown in for good measure.

                          My hip and sciatica are killing me today so no leg day today. I hit the back hard instead 5X5 with abs

                          Bent over BB row pronated grip/incline situp
                          Bent over BB row inverse grip/seated crunch machine
                          Lat pulldown neutral grip/low row/ab roller
                          Weighted pullup/cable rotation


                          I'll try for a leg day tomorrow.

                                Man, I slept HARD last night. Spent the weekend at the lease and it was a fun weekend. I passed out last night when we went to bed. Getting up early on the weekend and even earlier during the week caught up with me. I don't think I moved at all last night.

                                Made it to the gym this morning for chest day. Some superset and some strip sets were the order of the day.
