                First off this looks great!

                Question for you if I were to try this (wouldn't turn out near as good as yours) and I was sure that the door sealed tightly would a dehumidifier be sufficient enough to keep guns "safe" no rust etc. if I were to place in my garage.

                My garage is not insulated nor special in anyway. it gets hot in summer cold in winter and humidity is noticeable when those type conditions are present

                  Man that's a great question, I'm keeping mine in my closet so I don't have to worry about that. Sounds possible that that would work if you use the dehumidifier

                      I would think some thin weather stripping would seal it well enough.
