Heck of an accomplishment! I have a small property that has aoudad pass through almost weekly but always random times, still waiting on my chance to take one!
I killed 2 last yr. one was 29.5 “ and other 26” both prob 250 pounds each. Meat is very pretty but even the back straps are tough! I ground with axis, pork butts, bacon and brisket. Made 150 pounds of burger!!! Best tasting burger I have made. Lol
