I cooked pork loin on my pellet today. It was good. I still think I want a stick burner.

Give Cannon Pits and Fab a shot.

          He is a member heee.
He is an accomplished comp cooker so he knows what works.

He and his team are great fabricators.

Much more even temp across total cooking surface.

              Where is the concert?

When you combine upfront cost, space utilzation, ease of use/ability to maintain stable temps over a long perioid of time, and quality of bbq produced, the Weber Smokey Mountain checks all of the boxes. Got rid of my stick burner years ago and seldom miss it.

Any chance you’ll tell how you get the crust/bark looking so tasty? That looks delicious.
