Why all the cows die? I'm thinking starvation got the animals. I only lost one calf due to being born in the middle of freeze.

Saw turkeys every sit. Buddy got a nice Tom the first morning. I got busted by an absolute monster that snuck in on me day two. Trip got cut short by a family emergency.

This^^^. I didn’t lose any cows or calves.

I didn't lose any cattle or llamas either (total of 16 head), our temps got as low as -8. I kept plenty of hay out and fed range cubes every day for a week. My stock tank froze over and I broke ice in it for a couple of days until I filled a few protein tubs with water instead.
