            Lots of good answers but if you are looking for something smaller that isnt too far from you, you should look into Camp Creek Lake. Small(900 acres) private lake. It should meet all of your requirements. Ive been there for 15 years.

                  Sam Rayburn. One of the largest in Texas, great for recreation and known for its unbelievable fishing.
